TERMS OF SERVICE

READ THESE BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME OR ASKING ABOUT COMMISSIONS.if you break any of the important rules it will result in a block and being blacklisted

DOs and DONTS

-I can draw any anthropomorphic species, humans, humanoids, gender, body type-I cannot and will not draw mecha, NSFW, full nudity, heavy gore, hate-crime art (such as homophobia, transphobia, racist)-I WILL NOT be drawing zoophilia or pedophilia as I do not support those actions.

-If you are a NSFW user/artist I am okay with making business with you just please do not send or interact NSFW towards me-Do not ask to be my friend or make different conversations please.-for customs and reference sheets I require information you specifically need, I WILL always ask for specific poses/expressions.-On all commissions I only accept digital references-DO NOT just dm me with "hi" "hello" etc. I will NOT reply as I don't know if you want to commission me / spam. Please dm me saying you'de like to commission me.

-DO NOT steal, trace, heavily copy, my art. You can repost my art but only with credit. You can use your commission as profile picture, reference use, etc but give credit-DO NOT ghost me at any stage of the commission. nor don't backdown on commissioning me after sketch is done.-DO NOT remove my watermark on the commission pieces. If you buy an adopt from me you can ask for an unwatermarked version.-I don't add backgrounds to my commissions. If you'de like one they will cost extra.

Production

-commissions usually take 2 days to 2 weeks-if the 2 weeks has progressed and there are no updates please message me to remind me.-I will let you know if the commission will take longer or shorter

Payment rules

- I only take paypal, venmo, and cashapp- I do holds and payment plans when it's talked through!!- payment MUST be sent after the sketch is approved. This helps from both the client and artist don't get scammed
-if ghosted after sketch is approved to avoid paying, it will result to blacklisting.-during adopt auctions it's okay to back down on offers. You cannot back down on paying for a commission (after sketch is sent) as it will lead to being blacklisted- I do not do refunds unless I'm still in the sketch/lineart process. I only give refunds in major situations not just to give back money.- I do NOT do refunds after commission is completed- tips aren't required but they are appreciated!! ♥︎

Blacklist rules

-Being blacklisted is being blocked and unable to buy, own, sell, or use my art and designs.-breaking my TOS or making me uncomfortable will result in blacklisting.-People that support or apart of pedophilia, zoophilia, grooming, racism, homophobia, zionism, etc. are automatically blacklisted.-if you own or use any of my designs/art before being added to blacklist you may still use that design/art.

-if you continue to use my art and designs I will go forward and make a public beware and/or make things public for stealing designs/art.-People that are in this blacklist are permanently in the list. I do not make changes.- I have my own reasons for blacklisting each of you but know I have not and will not send any people to attack. Me and my art business do not want drama.
